1. General inspection. First, remove the dust on the insulating parts, add clean lubricating oil to the sliding friction parts, and then check if the data on the product nameplate meets the requirements of the drawing, Especially check whether the parameters such as the rated voltage of the closing coil, the rated current of the circuit breaker and the rated breaking current are wrong. Check whether the vacuum interrupter is abnormal. if the shield of the vacuum interrupter is found to be oxidized or discolored, it means that the interrupter has leaked and needs to be replaced in time. And check whether the fasteners of each part are loose, especially flexible connector of the conductive circuit, whether the connection is tight and reliable. Finally, close slowly by the handle several times to check whether there is any lag.
2. Measure the insulation resistance, the insulation resistance value can be measured by a 2500V insulation resistance meter. In the closed state, each relative ground resistance should not be less than 1000 ohms, and in the open state, the moving and static contacts resistance should not be less than 1000 ohms.
3. Withstand voltage test: check the vacuum degree of the vacuum interrupter, a frequency AC withstand voltage test can be used, that is in the open state, the frequency voltage between the movable and static contacts is 42KV, and the withstand voltage is 1min. In order to check the insulation part, the power frequency voltage between the contact and the base is 38KV and the withstand voltage is 1min in the closed state of the circuit breaker,all should be qualified.
4.Hoisting in place and tighten with nuts. The installation direction of the VCB is not strictly limited, as long as the operating mechanism can work stably in an inclined state.
5.Check the contact over-travel and contact clearance. Over-travel is to use the elastic force of the compression spring under a certain travel to keep the contacts in the vacuum interrupter with sufficient contact pressure. The over-travel and clearance of the VCB Should meet relevant technical requirements .
6.experiment of Transmission. First, manually open and close 3-5 times, there should be no problem. Finally, operate at 30% of the rated opening voltage, and it should not be possible to open.
