WID565: DTW102 Radio communication error.

Findings: Antenna cable & UTP cable connection lose problem found.

Action taken: 1. Turn off the radio modem. 2. Plug out all connection. 3. Reconnect all cable again.

The modbus serial communication cable is cut by mouse. The cable reconnect & solve the problem.

DTW-211 CCTV power is taken from main ups. Do not get sufficient backup from ups and frequently fault occurs.
