Findings: PIT internal CKT damaged found. Action Taken: Install new pressure transmitter.

Findings: 1. Always PWP panel inverter fault is showing. 2. Magnetic Contact coil damaged found. Action Taken: Magnetic contact change.

Findings: SCADAPack STAT-LED blinking in Red signal. Action Taken: Restart the SCADAPack & radio modem.
DTW-218 UPS Output Voltage Showing High.
New UPS installed at DTW-218 and old UPS brought to plant for problem checking. Now the pump is running and everything is normal.
