DTW-110 Pump inspection & ready to run up.

Problem Found: 1. VFD (-) Hz showing 2. Non-return Valve damaged. 3. Reverse water flow. 4. The pump acts as a generator due to self-excitation

Checking Procedure :

1. Pump coil resistance check- Normal
2. Pump current Check – Normal
3. VFD input voltage check – Normal
4. VFD output voltage check – Normal
5. Terminal Block tightness check – OK
