OGR Booster pump (E) checking complete.

Problem: When the pump is stopped and normally shuts off, a fault automatically occurs in the MOV (4P01-E).  In this case the valve is fully closed but the fault has to be reset from the field. 4P01-E

Problem found: The MOV perfectly works locally but fault occurs when remotely full close.
