Module 2: Basic Pump Operation Awareness (45 minutes)

- What to do during normal and abnormal operations.
- Common signs of malfunction (noise, vibration, overheating).
Module 3: Routine Security Checks (30 minutes)
- Daily inspection checklist.
- How to log observations (using logbook or mobile app).
- Reporting and documentation procedures.
Module 4: Emergency Situations & Response (45 minutes)
- Emergency shutdown process.
- Identifying and reporting alarm conditions.
- Location of key safety controls (circuit breakers, fire extinguishers).
- Whom to contact in emergencies (technical, supervisor, fire/rescue).
Module 5: Communication & Reporting Protocols (30 minutes)
- Effective communication with operations/maintenance teams.
- How to escalate issues.
- Using standardized report templates.
Module 6: Practical Demonstration (Optional) (1 hour)

- Live demonstration of safe shutdown/start-up (if allowed).
