“The proposed equipment must include 3 (Three) Years of Official OEM Comprehensive Replacement Warranty with local 24/7 technical support.”
৩. No Refurbished/Clone Declaration:
“The bidder must provide a written declaration from the OEM stating that all supplied hardware components, modules, transceivers, and accessories are brand new, original, and not refurbished or gray-market products.”
৪. Product Lifetime & Roadmap:
“The proposed models of Core Switch, OLT, and Router must not be declared End-of-Life (EOL) or End-of-Support (EOS) by the manufacturer for the next 5 years.”
